Ishita Sharma

Ishita Sharma serves as Director of Technology and Community at NSRI, where she leads platform development and researcher engagement initiatives. She has built and maintained core technical infrastructure for the organization and co-hosts NSRI's weekly researcher webinar series, bringing together students and faculty from MIT and leading research institutions worldwide.

Through NSRI, Ishita aims to bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and community, building systems that make research more accessible while creating spaces where students across 93 countries can connect, learn, and grow. Her vision is an NSRI where the platform itself empowers researchers to do their best work, and where every student, regardless of background or geography, has a clear path into serious research.
