This initiative was built with 1 clear purpose: to give back as much as possible to student researchers around the world.

Unlike many competitions built to generate profit, this is a nonprofit global research challenge. Both organizations are choosing not to profit from this initiative. Instead, proceeds are being redirected into student scholarships, awards, and recognition.
