Peer Review Process
NSRI employs a rigorous, double-blind peer review process to ensure the highest quality of published research. Our timeline is designed to be efficient without compromising on thoroughness.
1. Initial Submission & Triage
1-3 daysThe editorial team performs a preliminary check for scope, formatting, and plagiarism. Manuscripts that pass triage are assigned to an Associate Editor.
2. Reviewer Assignment
3-7 daysThe Associate Editor identifies and invites 2-3 independent experts in the specific field to review the manuscript.
3. Double-Blind Review
14-21 daysReviewers evaluate the methodology, originality, and significance of the work. Both authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other.
4. Revision
14-30 daysAuthors receive feedback and are given time to address reviewer comments and revise their manuscript accordingly.
5. Final Decision
3-5 daysThe Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision (Accept, Reject, or Further Revision) based on the reviewers recommendations and the revised manuscript.
