Shiv serves as a Lead Researcher and Director at NSRI, where he focuses on organizational systems, recruitment, and team development. His work centers on helping NSRI grow with structure by building processes that turn incoming interest into active participation and effective research teams, while ensuring that growth leads to real execution and accountability.

He sees NSRI not just as a network, but as a serious pipeline for student researchers. His goal is to help create an environment where clear systems, strong coordination, and thoughtful execution allow ambitious ideas to become meaningful output and give students the structure needed to do high quality work.
